Nevada Health Link runs the auto-renewal in late October before open enrollment starts. If you provided consent for auto-renewal on Healthcare.gov, consent for HUB services verification on Nevada Health Link, or are currently in a full-year plan extended to December 31, of the active year, you will be included in the auto-renewal process. A notice will be sent to you in mid-October advising whether you have been auto-renewed for the upcoming plan year.
- If you are auto-renewed, no additional action is required. However, you can change or cancel your plan during the open enrollment period.
- Consumers who were not part of the auto-renewal process, or couldn't be auto-renewed for some reason, can apply for coverage during the open enrollment period that starts on November 1.
- If you are auto-renewed but would prefer to change plans or carriers, you may still shop for new plans during the open enrollment period that begins November 1.
