If your move has impacted your eligibility for your current plan, you may be eligible for a Special Enrollment Period to get plan coverage. To report a change based on a move and see if you're eligible for a special enrollment period, follow the steps below.
To report a change in address:
1. Log into your Nevada Health Link account and click Report A Change.
2. Click on Change of Address. The selected item will show a checkmark. The change of address must be within 60 days of the current date.
3. Click Continue and follow the instructions on the screen. Some qualifying life events will require you to submit documentation. If this is the case, you'll receive a notification.
