You can change your plan anytime during the Open Enrollment Period. After the Open Enrollment Period is over, you must have a Qualifying Life Event (QLE) in order to qualify for the Special Enrollment Period. Learn more about enrollment periods.
1. Log into your Nevada Health Link account, click Change Plans on your dashboard.
2. If you are enrolled in both health and dental plans, go to the tab for the correct type of plan and then click Change Plan.
3. On the Confirm your Plan Selection page, click the Shop for a Different Plan button.
4. Click Remove Existing Plans & Go Shopping. This enables you to select a new plan. Note that your previous plan is not actually removed until you enroll in a new plan. If you want to cancel your plan and not select a new plan, select Cancel Coverage in step 2.
