Note: Consumers must terminate plan enrollments through Nevada Health Link. Plans cannot be terminated by requests to the health insurance providers
If your coverage has already started, you can terminate your plan at the end of the month. You are responsible for the premium through the end of the month in which you terminate coverage.
If your plan has not yet taken effect, you can cancel it immediately and you won't be charged. Learn more about canceling a plan that isn't in effect yet.
1. Log into your Nevada Health Link account and click My Enrollments in the left-hand navigation.
2. Scroll down to the appropriate plan and click Disenroll From Health Plan. Follow the next steps to continue with the process of terminating your coverage.
3. You can either choose a reason for why you want to terminate your plan, or skip ahead to select your termination date by clicking Skip and Continue.
4. Select your termination date.
